Verde Acqua

Ok, ho deciso questo è stato il colore della mia estate 2012: VERDE ACQUA!
La Sicilia, il paesaggio mozzafiato delle Isole Egadi, l'acqua cristallina talmente trasparente da non desiderare altro che starci a mollo tutto il giorno e poi tutte le sfumature del blu e del verde che riempiono gli occhi e fanno sembrare un pò meno afosa questa torrida estate africana. Quest'anno tra tutti i colori che hanno popolato il mio guardaroba, questo è stato quello che ho amato di più, così fresco e brillante che fa risaltare ancor di più l'abbronzatura.

Ok, I decided this was the color of my summer 2012: LIGHT GREEN!
Sicily, the breathtaking scenery of the Egadi Islands, crystal clear water so transparent and then all the shades of blue and green that fill my eyes and make less sultry this hot african summer. This year, among all colors that populated my wardrobe, this was what I loved most, so fresh and bright.

Vi piace questo abito? l'ho comprato a Prato in un negozietto di fiducia: è in seta  con ricami in pizzo sul seno...io semplicemente lo adoro!

Come si sa con l'arrivo dell'estate la voglia di colore e luce aumenta a dismisura, specialmente quest'anno in cui il nero è totalmente abolito, rimpiazzato in parte dai colori fluo, in parte dai colori pastello e accesi.


Come dare quindi quel tocco in più ai vostri abiti??? Osate con gli accessori colorati!

A taste of bright blue

Buongiorno belle fanciulle!

Il sole e le giornate che si allungano stanno ispirando outfit sempre più colorati: voglia di primavera, di luce, di fiori, di tanti tanti tantissimi colori!

Il colore che adoro per questa primavera? il BLU in tutte le sue sfumature: sono entrate a far parte del mio guardaroba un sacco di maglie e accessori con queste tonalità che tanto mi ricordano il mare.

Dice che il blu,che induce alla calma e si connota come placida e profonda soddisfazione, denota uno stato di soddisfatto adattamento. Fissando a lungo questo colore si produce un effetto di quiete ed armonia. In una stanza blu i battiti cardiaci diminuiscono e la sensibilità al freddo aumenta, mentre gli oggetti sembrano più piccoli e leggeri. Questo avviene perché provoca una maggiore attivazione del sistema nervoso parasimpatico.

Chi l'avrebbe detto che vestire di blu ti rilassa?!

The sun and the days that stretch inspire more and more colorful outfits: desire of spring, light, flowers, and many many many colors!

Do you guess which is the color I love for this spring? BLUE in all its nuances: infact a lot of sweaters and accessories with these shades that both remind me of the sea have already become part of my wardrobe.

It's said that the blue, which induces calm and peaceful and has the connotation of deep satisfaction, denotes a happy state of adaptation. Staring long this color  is produced an effect of peace and harmony. In a blue room heartbeats decreases and increasessensitivity to cold, while the objects appear smaller and lighter. This is because it causes increased activation of the parasympathetic nervous system.

Who would have thought that wearing blue relaxes you?!

Brrrrrrr...che freddo!

Ogni anno mi accorgo che giorno dopo giorno trovo irresistibilmente magico questo periodo dell'anno!
Mi accorgo che lentamente, e silenziosamente il mondo cambia intorno a noi...cambia i suoi abiti verdi per quelli dipinti di giallo, arancio e marrone, per poi passare al bianco e lasciarti senza parole!
Quelle gelide mattine che ti tolgono il respiro appena esci della coperte...

Il vento che soffia tra i capelli e tra le ossa..

Le mani (le mie soprattutto!!!) che non riesco mai a riscaldare...

Il thè e la cioccolata...caldi, avvolgenti, che per qualche minuto riescono a riscaldarti anima e cuore...

La coperta sul divano...in cui rannicchiarsi magari in compagnia della nostra dolce metà

Un peloso paio di stivali

Un caldo paio di guanti
Il silenzio di foglie che cadono e il rumore della neve fresca sotto i tuoi passi
Le vie del centro che piano piano si illuminano
...e l'attesa, quella sensazione magica che riesco a sentirmi dentro e nel cuore e che mi anno dopo anno mi lascia lì ammaliata e rapita come un bambino con la faccia spiaccicata alla vetrina di un negozio di giocattoli!
Quella sono io che ancora riesco ad essere felice per mille luci che rendono questo fantastico periodo dell'anno una meravigliosa favola da vivere.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...it's cold!
Every year I see that every day I find irresistibly magical this period of the year!
I realize that the world changes slowly and quietly  around us...it changes his clothes, those painted green to yellow, orange and brown, and then switches to white and leaves you speechless!
Those cold mornings when you (getting out of the bed) just take yuor breath away...
The wind blowing through your hair and between the bones...
The hands (especially my own!) that i can never warm up...
The warm and enveloping tea and chocolate, which can warm for a few minutes heart and soul...
A pair of furry boots
A warm pair of gloves
The blanket on the couch (in company of our beloved)
The silence of falling leaves and the sound of your footsteps in the snow...
The downtown streets that slowly light up...
...and the expectation, that magical feeeling inside me, that  leaves me there, year after year, charmed and delighted as a child with his face splattered to the window of a toy shop!
