MONTERIGGIONI

Come non si fa ad amare una Regione come questa...il paesaggio mozzafiato, la storia che si ritrova in ogni vicolo, il vino, i colori e i profumi che da sempre la caratterizzano!
La Toscana, non soltanto perchè è la mia Regione, ha davvero un fascino e una magia particolare!
Queste invece sono le foto di MONTERIGGIONI, un piccolo e caratteristico Comune della Provincia di Siena, costruito nel 1200 a scopo difensivo e oggi famoso non solo per la sua storia, ma anche per la fantastica festa medioevale "MONTERIGGIONI DI TORRI SI CORONA" che ogni anno a luglio ci riporta in dietro nel tempo e ci fa rivivere intense emozioni!
Nonostante il tempo non sia stato dei migliori i miei amici e io abbiamo trascorso qui il nostro 1°Maggio...e voi che cosa avete fatto?

How can you not love a region like this ... the breathtaking scenery, the history found in every alley, wine, colors and smells that always characterize it!
Tuscany, not only because is my region, has a charm and a very special magic!
These are the photos of MONTERIGGIONI, a quaint little town in the Province of Siena, built in 1200 for defensive purposes, and now is famous not only for its history, but also for the fantastic medieval festival "MONTERIGGIONI DI TORRI SI CORONA"that every year in July brings us back in time and we relive intense emotions!
Although time was not so good my best friends and I spent there our 1st May ... and you? what have you done?
